Great post by Dante on YMB about 10k filing. Well worth reading.
Couple points (HYPOTHESIS) in regards to the sec and DOJ investigation.
1.I’m almost certain these investigations relate to the citron short attack last June. Cydy said in a conference call a year ago they where pursuing legal action.
2. if this was negatively towards cydy the cydy board would of already removed the employees.
3.they signed 3 deals with other companies this year. None of those companies would do a deal with cydy if they were under serious investigation from the United States government.
4. If cydy was being seriously investigated for wrong doing ...the 13D would be all over this. Why haven’t they said anything about this? To use it against cydy to flip the board? I’m sure members would know.....this leaves me to believe ultimately it’s about citron short attack because if 13D started bashing in sec filing and in there letters claiming wrong doing and it wasn’t...they would be sued by cydy.
5. There is no way biome would do a trial.
6. Dr.Recknor wouldn’t join the company knowing that cydy is under serious investigation for wrong doing.
7. Connect the dots. Cydy has released a 8k with every trial with all data. You think they do that for no reason other biotechs don’t do that....as soon as cd12 data was released 8k with all the data was filed. This is a company that’s almost too transparent and they get bashed for that.
8. In the letter from the fda they stated cydy is welcome to do more trials. They didn’t say they can no longer conduct covid-19 trials. If there was a sec, DOJ investigation against cydy. I’m pretty sure the fda would freeze there ability to conduct trials until the case was resolved.
9.the citron attack was illegal. Pre meditated. With a fake news report that was deleted 2 hours after posting.
10. Anything material they would have to report to shareholders. Mind you this is anything before may in a 12 month period that was 3 months ago. If it was negative towards the company we would of already known about it atleast by the end of may.
11. TI’s Reddit comment about 20minutes ago ...interesting he states something from 2019 that was 2 yrs ago about Nadar that could be under investigation for (very far fetched) and then says “but” it also could be the short attack of June 2020 they are investigating or both....HES a insider or apart of 13D He wants Nadar removed why not just say the event that happen in 2019 with out the second option of the citron short attack being the cause of the investigations....Cause he has to be very careful with his wording. (Was going to copy and paste it below) but it seems it was now been deleted......interesting.
