Minimum of 20 million warrants must be exercised on August 19th if share price remains at or above .20 cent provide we don't close below 20 cent before 8/19/21.
...so what we need is to have HDC close at least 1 day below .20 cent prior that date.
...further, if we remain at .30 or higher for 30 consecutive calendar days another 20 million shares must be exercised. Now figures are higher but you get the idea.
