PR stated GMP was already in the works only to find out later the company they were using couldn't find a slot for them and they needed to find someone else...
10Q was found near the end with all their holdings with the beginning with the.....CAUTIONARY Note....first and basically said None of their Visions may not come to pass without a Substantial Investment or Revenues....
Tied those together with the S1-A# who knows...that GNBT will Receive 10% Revenue from the 2 Asia Deals....so Calculate that into 150M Revenue they receive 15M.....Tied that into the MSO @ leadt in AZ IZ a 50-50 split....so Revenue May come in but No one knows the Upfront Costs of Doing Business....as usual....what will be True Revenue....
This is Only a Holding Company that has been Bleeding for a Long Time....
Finally all the missed timelines but Most Important to Me was the 1 for 1 ngio that turned into 1 for 5 with now a 3 year possibility b4 I get....
Like rj posted investment in & investment out IZ that Individuals Decision & I made Mine.....
Lastly DJ website states ngio has been filed but not priced so the ceo can't or doesn't want to Answer that so he states to contact DJ which several individuals have with NO response....
Again only my opinions, assumptions & felt enough was ENOUGH
