RT L2 (real time level 2) access via OTC Markets ..
without fail (and yes it is documented) .. OTC Mkts has a *glitch*
on their RT L2 IPIX *quote* .. when every indication of actual buying
comes into play (as was done this past Monday) ..
personally I rarely note the bid side .. but I am always interested
on what is *shown* via the ask side .. imo signals abound
so recently (2500 *reported* to Finra for June 2021) MM INTL relo/d their *ask*
from 1.01 (7.16.21) to 1.75 (7.19.21)
just in time for this last round to get under way
