7 out of 882 hospitalized = 0.8%. According to

According to the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/index.html), 1.8% of the US population were hospitalized by the flu. Unknown factor is the % of the population in each group who were vaccinated.
But I think its reasonable to assume that those who have been vaccinated will fare as well or better than those who have not been vaccinated. The larger concern at this point then is how many from who contract CV19 go on to become sufferers of long hauler symptoms?
I like knowing that my investment is well in the lead to treat long hauler symptoms. Imagining having brain fog is depressing.
