Cannot rely on data from States at this point because political influences are leading to skewing/suppression of accurate data reports. I would look at overcapacity of hospital admissions in Florida and Missouri as gauge to spread, breakthroughs, potency of virus and mutations. And don’t forget a mutated form can mutate into an even more lethal subtype. No doubt vaccinated can spread, get sick from or even die from mutant form. If virus load 1000x greater, it makes sense antibody response in vaccinated may not be able to respond before organ involvement affects body. PS I am not a doctor, just educated opinion.
