This seems like a great move to a larger facility.  Wonder why no PR for the masses?  It took a long calling the company to figure this out and only about 100 people who read IHub and IH know about this.  Doesn't seem like the right way to announce something that screams we are growing so we need more space and we can afford more space because of all the great deals we have going on.

One thing from the loopnet link that stood out to me was the lease is $3.50/sq ft @ 19,125 sq ft = $66,937.50.  Not sure if the $3.50 is a typo or if we got a better deal then 67k but that is kind of crazy money.
