Morons failed to cancel their asks under the gap up prices of .0032 x .0033.
manipulators took it down again but not in a determined manner.
All top traders on PRPM which had news today .0012 > .0018 with .0020+ possibly coming today or tomorrow now.
On $INCC only 6M left at .0028 - likely to get more top traders back on it tomorrow or Monday depending on other activities - multiple others also had news / updates today so traders all over the place: $MFST $DRNK $VYST $PSRU $GTEH
