As someone who has stated that I am willing to hear the 13D groups plan before deciding how I want to vote, I feel like the objective is to win over investor support.

I was lambasted by many on this board, for not immediately taking a side. But that is not how I operate. I want to learn and understand as much as possible before making a decision. It's served me well my entire life.

In addition, as someone who sat in on one of the original meetings, and has had conversations with Mr. Rosenbaum, I never got the impression that they had an overwhelming amount of support. It seemed to me, at least in the beginning, that they were working hard to get enough to file the 13D.

I cant imagine any scenario where they have determined that they have enough votes currently. In fact, I find that laughable.

In short, my response is that the objective is to help them garner enough votes to win.

If they dont provide a compelling alternative that excites the investor base, I dont see any path for success. All IMO.
