Between Management, BOD and the "friendly" shares we are dealing with a little Country Club. No salary sounds good, expenses and bonuses will be covered by diluting "your" investment and continue the "goodwill "An outside audit would expose the weak areas but imagine the embarrassing findings ...............
Too bad a public company has to be ran this way, current style reminds me of a private company, poor decisions are justified ........ it was the only option !!!
Unless clear communication regarding company status, funding, future Revenue estimates , GNBT/NGIO/NGUX listing , Merck/AE37 trial , Altucell, dividend split NGIO/NGUX trading clarification, China IP sharing status, Vaccine update including target time-line for Mass Production, current employees/salaries etc .......ALL assumptions are valid.
Wonder whatever happened with
Quantum Lifesciences, Inc ..... another potential public company??
Exciting times ahead.
