Nope. Not even close. Because I don't want the 13D anywhere near my investment? I freely admit Nader's faults. I've even said "IF he has dipped his hand in the tip jar" that still doesn't make the 13D the right option.
Like I said yesterday, if my kid's lunch lady retires, I'm not going to replace her with Jeffrey Dahmer.
I'll give you ALL of Nader's faults. I'll even say he rewards himself with shares far more often than he should, and beyond what he should. Yes, he should buy shares on the open market. Yes, he sold shares and pocketed some of the proceeds. Yes, he overpromises and underdelivers.
Even if I'll give you all of those faults, the 13D group SUCKS. They are money-grubbers who couldn't give two shits about retail shareholders and you're the "useful idiot" helping them rob everyone. You think Rosenbaum gives a crap about you? You think Patterson is some altruistic medicine guy who doesn't care about dollars? You blind fool. The 13D group is using you.
