Who else is treating long haulers?
Patterson claims he is successful for some long haulers.
If Patterson's claims of effectiveness in treating long haulers are true, his percentage of success is likely higher than Cytodyn's.
Patterson does have peer reviewed studies of some of his long hauler test results.
Patterson does not have peer reviewed studies of his long hauler treatment results in patients.
Cytodyn has neither peer reviewed studies of long hauler test results nor peer reviewed studies of long hauler patient outcomes.
So by my count thats one out of two for Patterson and zero out of two for Cytodyn.
Patterson can't get any drug approvals because he has no drugs, making his success perhaps even more remarkable.
Its a good question as to why Patterson has not made a bigger deal out of his long hauler results.
Maybe they are not that good.
I don't know if Patterson would describe the Patterson/Yo effort as success. Certainly they have gotten good results for some patients. If memory serves, Patterson has claimed as much as 80 or 90 percent of patients.
Patterson has always described treatment of long haulers as a very difficult problem requiring a multifacted approach.
Patterson is leronlimab's biggest fan and always has been. Patterson is totally in favor of leronlimab for tons of diseases.
