The total volume for the last half hour was not representative of the daily volume.
The last two trades are odd 15.59.51 @ .329 for 100 shares and 15.59.59 @ .315 for 607 shares.

Pursuant to SEC Rule 607, DriveWealth (trading company found on google searching 607) is required to disclose its payment for order flow practices.
My WA guess is up in the morning on good volume followed by backtracking especially in the last hour. Sell short in AM and fill in PM.
