When the last NOBO list was conducted there were 1,578 shareholders. There's probably over 2,000 shareholders now. Anyone could have found something out that would make it worth their while to bid higher / lower.

If $BCAP were Boeing trading in the high tens of dollar range, no-one would even feel a couple of thousands point move in their portfolio. Every tick here represents a bg dollar change, so I understand why people are more emotional about their cash.
