Oh..........I know we are, roller. For sure we are. I just get annoyed when so called professionals do things on their end that wind up delaying things for us a bit. This process should be fairly routine for those involved, in my humble opinion. Regarding the wealth made here, I have my heart set on a beachside house instead. Lol. And as much privacy as I can afford as well. Hope PPS expectations are destroyed soon enough.
