It’s not automatic. There are steps to be taken.

ASTA has OTCIQ access (this alone can take up to 2 months)
They verified their profile.
According to PR they even submitted their financials to OTCM but they won’t take them until FINRA action was completed—which it was completed today.
So they can now uploaded their financials.
To be pink current they need:
OTCIQ access (done)
Verified Profile (done)
Past quarterly financials
Past annual financials
OTC disclosures
Attorney Letter
The can now upload the above documentation.
Once uploaded it is likely the yield sign will follow a few days later (as this required one filing and verified profile) and it typically takes 7-10 days for OTCM to make pink current.
So, FINRA was the first domino to fall....should be lots of fun from here on out.
Obviously a lot of work and man hours went into getting us to this point. I’m sure they didn’t come this far just to come this far.
