I understand what you're saying. I just find it very difficult to believe a company under distress who

- Initiated a Share Buy Back Program and Retired Shares

- Performed a Special Dividend Distribution

- Goes thru a U3 Finra Halt

- Publicly declares it wants to go Private via a merger because of the distress it has experienced in the public markets...

- Underwent and survived serious litigation that went to State Supreme Courts

- Settled a custodianship in its own State of Incorporation

- Further reduced its Authorized Share Structure in its State of Incorporation

would not do what it said it was going to do in the 1st place....

Everything adds up...Who is liable for the inventory of shares? and Why protect the assets of the company (shareholders included)?

It makes absolutely no sense at all to stay a public company after all this crap it had to go thru (hijacked) and ....held up for 6 years....and only now it has the opportunity to address the share structure when there is no liability on CRGP or legal standing to be blaimed for potential market price minioulation or any other bullshit excuse that will be used to prevent/prolong the inevitable cover of illegal shares dumbed into the market and the endless borrowing against shares in broker accounts with margin so market makers can create a false market.

When is it going to be enough to be convinced that CRGP management doesnt want to deal with this bullshit anymore? How can you survive and conduct business in the public market when you continuously get attacked from

Jsep0036 I respect what you post but I don't buy the going current narrative at all. I see twitter blowing up with pumpers with thousands of followers just to artificially drive up the price of the stock on pure speculation,

I have to stick with the historical record and the process that a U.S. public company has to endure!

-Liability and Property- You can't go private or conduct a corporate action unless you legally address both of these matters!
