"World Class Management" has lost total credibility. Close to 3 year IPO talk, insufficient revenue to support operation causing major delays to compete/complete acquisitions, missed time-lines, toxic funding, unexpected dilution, dividend fiasco for some shareholders and the list goes on and on. Reading past PR's, listening to CC's and reviewing 10k's reminds me of Amateur leadership and serious concerns of the direction of the company. Unless GNBT is listed Shareholder "unlocked" value will be questionable and continue to be (mis)used to accommodate NGIO IPO.
