Doesn't matter though as there's a lot of hesitancy to buy this due to the CEO not giving dates for the form 10 which is needed before the S1 and I think Myflix too.
Hell we don't even know how close it is to launching. Novody wants to invest in a company if the CEO doesn't know dates for his product release or refuses to give an accurate one.
