Ah, so the approach is... most shareholders don't need to know our plans because we don't need them.
Yet they claim they'll be better at running the company than NP? Most of the criticism of him is that many things don't come to fruition, but the only fault there is usually he shouldn't have told us in the first place bc those things were out of his control (see: FDA letter convinces multiple countries to ignore LL). Personally, I prefer the transparency.
Far more importantly, if the 13D group's plan was positive and would benefit shareholders, there would be no reason not to share it. Surely if it was that amazing they'd win in a landslide. There's a reason they're keeping it in the dark because all retail shareholders, unless they own a stake in IncellDX, will get utterly f******.
