Current mortality rates in the US are far below normal, thankfully.
Most are ignorant of this current situation.
Did any model correctly predict Covid cases, hospitalizations, and deaths in the US?
Did you read the article where people overestimate their risk of hospitalization from Covid by 10x?
Risk of death by Covid is very low in young people, yet most of them are probably ignorant of that.

Long haul Covid should be more of a concern for young people than serious acute illness. Hopefully LL will continue to show benefit in LHers.
