What is conjecture is that somehow its NP's fault that with essentially no news the stock on low volume sees 100-200k bulk movement at one time (almost always a short attack drop) with MM's clearly controlling and manipulating the price. You can see when they release trading to occur and when it gets locked down by simply looking at the curve. Essentially not much news right now as we are waiting on trials and things to progress. Yet somehow the stock drops 2-5% per day.
Its clearly day traders, shorters and MM's making money on the churn. We can speculate and debate if it is just the OTC daily crap or an overall control of the system. Clearly cydy has been a gamed stock in the past few years.
Without any news there is no way to make money daily on a rise in price since there is nothing to justify added value to the day trader and those already tapped out to buy more. Clearly its much easier to short and dump stock and make a few pennies than to buy and hold. Everyone that could be convinced is convinced and is most likely tapped out. (i'm tapped out wishing i would have done my additional buying below 2$)
These trials progressing and working through the system takes time. They have learned so much over the past year both from a business perspective and MOA perspective. Everyone here knows this drug works. These things take years to develop and cydy is still ahead of the curve on typical development. its not going to change overnight, and thinking that new management or changing directions now will speed it up is ridiculous.
Everyone (you, me and cydy) stand to make much more on our investment staying this course.
I dont know why Yo, Patterson, etc are changing their tune except that it must make financial sense personally to them. If you recall they deemed it a moral outrage to some extend that LL was not getting EUA. Not one of them to my knowledge has said what they would do or would have done to change the current outcome.

If you are on CYDY's side then how about getting with the program? Why don't you jump on the team and come on in for the big win?
