I am one of the people you speak about holding off on purchasing and for the reasons you mention..The disruption to the business at hand cannot be underestmated. any business person knows making a major sweep like what is being recommended by that group will knock many current activities off the rails for a while including a BLA which is in process..There is no such thing as a seamless transition under those conditions...period
