Sorry, but you are wrong b4f. Doc can't say anything that will materially impact the share price, period, read the regulations.
The communications with mikeyt and others is not "material". But a PR that everyone here, including me, is expecting would be "material", so I am expecting the second quarter financials out this week because of the PR expectations from Doc.
