Here’s a scenario not covered so far with the OTC extortion racket and the SEC regulations change:
What if Nanologix develops the RVA and attracts interest from one or more of the larger movers on diagnostics, and announces it in a joint statement?
My read is that qualified investors through a limited number of brokerages can buy the stock.
If there is that interest and it drives the shares significantly upwards to the area mentioned by ronclaw, would other brokerages then begin trading again when Nanologix is no longer a penny stock?
