If you look at their original filing on the 21st both the annual report and the attorney letter had the wrong 2018 date for "Period End Date" and I really believe that's why the company had to refile... that's what I was told by OTCM Compliance yesterday morning...

So, no "Amended" needed... now, if within the disclosure/filing/annual report itself they need to make a change, there will be an "Amended Annual" ... imho of course
And btw, I do see they forgot, failed, did not included the name Univec in there, and hoping that's ok
