I wonder which party is needing additional time to make their decision and fill in the blanks of negotiated numbers/ dates. I’m beginning to want to sound off....... just like very excited kids on vacation. Obviously, we started out much younger on this journey so there is a natural urgency to want to scream:
ARE WE THERE YET? ARE WE THERE YET?
