filings made w the SEC during periods when NNLX did not pay OTC its news disclosure are not shown on Otcmarkets.com, where a lot of otc traders get their info,
so its important to file with OTC also- new SEC rule requires co's upgrade to pink current to be quoted by brokers- if NNLX files all the info necessary to be pink current with the SEC but doesnt file and pay Otc.markets.com I'm guessing OTC will still show NNLX as 'no info' based on this past history- but as I said its an issue I have never actually seen before except for the issue below
could be a court test case but one would not try to tempt such -as a court test case would cost far more than the filing fees OTC demands for pink current companies-
as I said a more verbose update would have said 'will be filing with the SEC and otcmarkets.com... to be listed as pink current on otcmarkets.com under stock symbol NNLX to comply with the new SEC rule".
One political parties judge would uphold the rules of capitalism -the other parties judge might not- but would be reversed unless the SCOTUS is packed.
Many former OTCQB SEC reporting co's who refused to pay OTC its new OTCQB 10000 surcharge (begun 2014-2015) dropped down to otc pink current though they were still SEC reporting with the same amount of info filed with the SEC- leaving many investors who did not continually follow these things confused-some to this day.
