"Ohm, I asked this last night and nobody responded so in light of the fact that patents were addressed today, I will ask it again:
Cydy recently received a patent for leronlimab for covid. Bruce has submitted a request for a patent as well. What is his patent for exactly? Is there any chance of him receiving a patent using leronlimab and if so will any patent he receives affect cydy and its uses for other indications going forward?
I did hear on the call that cydy is aggressively pursuing patents and has contracts in place for protection from people like Bruce which is reassuring, but if that was the case last year when Bruce was there, how can he possibly receive a patent and why then is he even trying? Is Cydy protected and is everything okay in this regard?"
Me:
I believe what Dr. NP said was that any patent that was created while with CYDY is a company patent, not a person who made a discovery, right Ohm?
GLTU Good to go and if you have time Ohm, please reply
