There's no point in fighting with anyone. People can and do buy/sell whenever they feel the time is right. The bashers will bash whatever happens. I'd bet that even if a filing was made with the SEC that $BCAP ma $1M on XYZ project that the basher would say it didn't exist / was a fruad  similar.

The STOP sign hasn't had anything other than an emotional impact. The share price has been higher with the STOP sign than it was without it. What the STOP sign does is preclude the release of PR's until the financials are filed.

As I've written before, the lack of PR's or a Q doesn't mean there's no activity.
