The challenge: If someone was making a pro list of the 13d group. Could you list 3 pro vs con items but list only pro in support that were fact based with no discretion or opinion that could be used. This is not a comparison to current management but something that they could bring to the table that is not here now. Employee and BOD positions are most definitely opinion based so they don’t count.
