As i see it Doc holds 1.25 billion shares, Hanover and two other firms hold much of the rest. The tradeable float must be in the 600 million range which is quite fluid for the NASDAQ in the very near future. He delivered as he said he would. Now once the stop sign is down we can proceed. I have no reason to doubt him.
