Granted we can only work with what we have. Q1 seemed a sure thing. Never thought we would miss June 30. Disclaimer: If you go read Amazon PRs about rolling out their healthcare they have been dragging their feet. All of the partners and pieces have to be ready. I am 100% convinced something in that chain has caused this to move so slowly.
