He tells it how it is. We get it you are on the 13D team. Just say it, nothing wrong with it but it makes you and others come across as if you are trying to convince people who aren’t decided who to vote for.

Like others have stated, let it play out and if they have a legit plan I’m all ears. However, it just looks more and more suspect at this point when people are pushing the narrative.

It is clear what management you want in. That’s fine but you are going to have to do a lot more to convince me why they are the better choice. And no, bashing NP doesn’t help their objective. It just makes me question the real motivation behind this proxy vote....
