I still like Dr. Zaius and now he is a moderator on the Reddit CYDY board. I have been banned from that board earlier this week. I was calling out the bashers on there and the SuperChet who is the originator of the chat board banned a few people and me for misinformation. I don’t believe I was posting misinformation but I was sure the hell correcting the bashers lies. The bashers are allowed to run rampant with lies and go unchecked with their lies on that board. SuperChet is really Jeff Beaty who is a Nominating Committee member for the 13d group and makes the final call on who to ban according to the couple of mods that apologized to me and or stated that they didn’t ban me.
This is all because SuperChet started the Chat board Reddit CYDY months ago in preparation of the 13d filing. Ol’ SuperChet is on the BOD of IncellDX and funny how he has a bashing chat board…. Hmmm… does this sound like dirty pool. Are we talking big money manipulation? Is he in it for the right reasons? I don’t think so. This makes the number one priority of the 13d group to purchase IncellDX even more cloudy for self enrichment of the share holders of IncellDX. With IncellDX being mysteriously valued at twice as much as last years offer of $80 million to Nader who turned down the proposal. Now the value is suppose to be $175 million for a lab we don’t even need. Dr. Recknor has proven our lab is sufficient.
This is very suspect to me and should be to all of the investors. Our dilution would only hurt our stock price and the value isn’t what we need or want in a overpriced lab for others self enrichment.
Then we have the basher only chat board similar to what I hear of IHUB banning pro current management people so they can continue to soft bash and convince people on the fence about which way to vote their shares. This is also the reason they have infiltrated every chat board known to CYDY investors and have been lurking and studying the boards and recruiting members to further their scam of misinformation and bashing of our investment. A group that offers nothing but bashing of our investment should be suspect for what can they do for us. Apparently all they can and want to do is to make up lies and tell them over and over until people start believing the lies. This is a mild form of brainwashing and it happens quite frequently in politics now and again. It’s not new but not often can it fooled educated investors or fool people into following a false movement. That’s what we have here with the 13d group. A movement we don’t know if it’s legit or if it’s out to screw us all out of our investment. I personally don’t trust this group and don’t respect any group that believes that a good offensive of lies and bashing with half truths is appropriate to persuade the investors.
A proper challenger for our company should be able to present a plan that would out class the current managements plan. This seems like a big chore for them. Nader has a great mission statement from last year’s shareholders meeting. Where he said as soon as we are a revenue company (this year hopefully) we will trial 10 new indications each year. With lifesaving indications being the most important. The good thing about that is that saving live is the biggest revenue indications also. So double bonus.
Then you have the 13d group not offering anything and what we know is they were not happy with us not being focused on one indications at a time and would literally just stop the other trials and focus just on HIV like they have announced over and over. Is this the business plan they hope to sway us with? Who in their right mind would put all their eggs in one basket? This sounds crazy and Nader and company have a much better plan. There is so much to be suspect about when watching the less than classy 13d group. The things we have researched and discovered about the proposed nominated directors is frightening about some of them with companies falling in value and not impressive with the rest. All of them having sold their own companies. Not what I am looking for in a BOD. I don’t want CYDY sold but want to see it progress into our own pharmaceutical Company. I don’t believe they have one candidate that out classes our current Board of Directors even with a less than honorable Dr. Patterson who has not been very impressive in his quest to take over our company at the risk of self enrichment of our company by buying IncellDX for an overinflated over twice the overall cost of what value that we need? It’s a shame that he will pull down almost $30 million on the sale. How much will he and the rest of the IncellDX/13d group profit from maybe selling our CYDY? Is that their plan? Sell us cheap before any approvals? To much to risk to buy into this group. They are just not the right group to lead us to approvals we know that are already coming soon… very soon…
