Spot on. If treaty could of executed their business plan from that point I shudder to think where we would be now as far as SP. It remains to be seen if the market gives them another chance. Hopefully they will. This is all on management's lap now , nobody can blame shorts or bashers now. The CC all sounded promising to me, although I was a little taken back by the OS comparison to Exxon or any other major. That was a stretch , I felt. If they didn't have our share structure , Buffet couldn't even afford them. Dilution will make or break a company. A certain ammount IS necessary to grow a company as long as its used wisely. Not like the government does. Ooops, probably shouldn't open that con of worms. Not trying to insult anybody here , of course you all know this ,just pointing out the obvious.
