Horne and Resource sign services contract with Commonwealth of Virginia

Horne Engineering Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Horne International, Inc, and Resource International, Inc have signed a contract with the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide architectural and engineering services. The total possible contract value is $1.5 million over 3 years. The fully funded first year contract value is $500,000.
The on-call Architectural and Engineering services contract will provide engineering staff augmentation to provide environmental impact studies, NEPA studies and analyses as well as general mechanical, electrical and civil engineering. Risk analysis and value engineering are also included in the general scope of services. The contract duration is three years, providing for a base year and two optional years thereafter.
