The deal being put together here is a long and difficult process.  It is much more then just selling the Alto to a mining company and moving on.  If you look closely at what has transpired over the last 2 years you will see that a very strategic business relationship is being built, very carefully and methodically, one Block at a time.  It will definitely happen, just not on our time frames but on a time frame that allows them to build it right the first time for success and in a way that will carry them many years into the future.  Now with all that said it also seems from what is being heard via the unofficial rumor channels is that MDMN is extremely close to making some strategic announcements and moving on to the next phase of this process.  All those who can hang on will be well rewarded IMHO...
