LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Feb 21, 2013) - Halberd Corporation ( PINKSHEETS : HALB ) announces they have entered into an exclusive manufacturing, marketing and distribution contract with Gevers Aircraft Company. The unique patented design of the 'triphibious' airframe gives this high performance aircraft the ability to take off and land on snow, water and land ( http://halberdcorp.com/gevers.html ). Halberd has additional uses in mind for this airframe that we will elaborate on in the future, but are currently being sought after by various branches of the military. The multipurpose landing gear, telescopic wings and interconnected propeller system provide increased utility, performance, and safety.
