Interesting re Walgreens and in-store clinics: that's different from Univec, I think -- it's the Mexican model that works quite well for everyday issues. I just used the Walgreens near us, actually, for a quick gardening accident (cornea scrape). Reminded me of when we were in Guadalajara and I got really sick (a cold or flu, not the other end), and we went to a pharmacy, paid a pittance, and saw an American-trained doctor, who gave me the prescriptions I needed and helped me make sense of the Mexican OTC symptomatic treatments. It works.
