Now those who thin Arthrex is going to either merge or buy us out please raise your hands. Now that might be sweet to think about but one must ask what is in it for Arthrex to possibly agree to merge or buy us out? Wait! I am not strictly talking money since Arthrex needs HLYK like they need a hole in their head. You see Arthrex would be taking on a new direction that they don't really need to mess with. Now I could see them investing $5-$15 million in order for HLYK to buyout some existing corporation that has a big sales team and able to handle billing aspects for the HealthLynked network and Telemedicine aspects. I personally would like to see the software application to also work like the "Care Clix" software network.
