Some seem to think the Intel is on the verge of settling the lawsuit that HDVY has against them. It would be nice to see HDVY run in a huge way but just don't know anymore however, it seems clear to me that this suit is the last move that HDC has before winding up the business but it sure would be nice to at least break even financially involving this investment which has haunted me since around mid 2003. Talk about a love hate situation!!
