Absolutely, mikey. I don't know who the one dipshit to give you a thumbs down is, but I am hoping this is basically an all in one type PR that will send us well, well into dollars range on day one of the announcement to get the ball rolling here. I have a few houses I hope are still on the market by the time the really big profits come here. If not, that's cool too. I am basically salivating at the mouth for this to finally become a reality for me, and others here who've never owned a house of their own before. I have a feeling I'm in relatively small company in that area of life. Lol!
