Thanks for posting this. I agree with the comment of another poster that it may explain why Leo took B to Russia. One ray of hope is the military’s recent interest in B. If B is perceived as a national defense asset, DOD will stockpile it. And if that happens so will the EU, China, and India. National defense pretty consistently overrides all competing concerns.
