You may be correct. Total number of authorized shares needed may NOT be my posted worse case scenario. However, if we are already above the authorized 700M shares, where are they coming from? "Convertible debentures are usually unsecured bonds or loans, often with no underlying collateral backing up the debt." I believe this is the case QMC is currently in, thus the need to authorize more shares. How many is the million dollar question.
My point about the reverse split was strictly to express a dislike for any deal that requires greater than a 2-3 for 1 to uplist. The reason is WE (Shareholders) lose more in the long run the larger the ratio negotiated.
