IMO, Squires seems to be saying that finishing a S-1 is top priority for auditors and attorneys there, so hopefully that's soon. That will facilitate registration of shares and listing for trading.
IMO, The proxy to increase shares seems to be something that can be done now, independent of being listed, which will facilitate Pasaca's gaining 51% of the shares and freeing up money for QTMM to use for itself.
Edit add: He also notes there is currently no change in relationship with Pasace and that a change would require an 8K.
Anyone else note the Squires title change from President and CEO to Principal Executive Officer? What is the significance of the change in title?
