I wouldn't recommend buying FSBS at this point but it is certainly worth putting on your watch list. I have watched this bank's pps grow from .0066 to .07 and assuming the FDIC don't slam the doors shut, there could be more growth under way. I doubt they see $20+ per share they experienced in 2008 any time soon but a buck is certainly a possibility this year.
