Yes they are 5 year warrants, so you do have until April 2024 to exercise them (or sell them) as at that time they become worthless. I am holding onto my warrants too, and probably will sell them eventually, rather than exercise, and when I sell they should be worth much more than the current price. Probably close to whatever the stock price is at that point, minus $3.44.
