Personally I never buy into anything before I research every angle I can - and even then, I get burnt several times :-/
This one happens to fall within my professional field and when it was brought to my attention I was able to use some of my contacts to verify quite a bit of information.
Knowing where this company is heading is now just a matter of simple logic :-)
They take all their profits and pump them back into the company to pay bills and expand - which is why we don't see them handing out shares for funding like so many on the OTC!
They have branches which is HUGE here because each branch can generate not only enough each year to sustain itself and its workers (normally only one) but also enough to fund the expansion of TWO - THREE additional branches most years!
Now if we put this together we can see why they aren't in major debt or suffering major losses - they had 6 branches at the end of last year, of which we don't know the absolute end revenue as the annuals are not out. We can gauge that they aren't lying and $7.2 million is accurate of which they plan to use profits to open 12 more branches this year!
So if 6 does $7.2 then 18 does $21.6 million ;-)
Simple math here folks!
Now add in experienced director and staff that can train these new employees that have been with the company for over a year and you have quicker earning branches than in year 1 ;-)
And increased contracts from the initial 6 branches in year two equate to higher revenues for those which spell for what my guess will be about $23 - $30 million by years end depending on how quickly they get the additional 12 running :-)
Now as far as news here - I expect to hear news at EOD after hours through Friday!
Why?
Because this is a promotion to build AWARENESS! In doing so they will keep news coming while investors are trading here and even "convert" some of the traders into long term investors because who doesn't want to make money?
This will be done by continuing to show "good faith" and not dumping on the run, releasing GREAT news, showing follow through on releases, and so on!
My bet is they want this over a $1, maybe even as high as a few dollars before its done getting the campaign!
I know they want it higher in a few years but for now they need long term holders and they are going to EARN them by building trust with the day traders while we all make money!
In the end its my opinion that we still have news to hear about the currently almost fully operational branch being revenue generating, news about this "mystery" outside director, news about them buying the locations for the 3 branches mentioned today, and who knows what other types of HOT items Ryan has to REALLY SHOCK THE MARKET!
Remember he not only wants to earn long term holders, but he NEEDS to in order to file for the NASDAQ ;-)
This one is as REAL as it gets IMO!
Prepare for more news tomorrow and Friday judging by the release rate and I imagine it will once again come 1 minute after close based on now 3 days of just that!
