TD and other brokerage companies must show their due diligence to their customers by giving them two months warning as to the SEC dead line. It is a bulk message probably pertaining to thousands of OTC stocks. It may pertain to shorts sellers, but butt covering is more probable.
“No new buy orders” probably does not mean someone cannot set a buy order on AUG 12 and hold a “good til” date of 3 months. One just has to be organized however, all stipulations are off if reclusive management files before end of September.
SEC Regulators have self imposed a bottleneck of filings- it took 3 weeks to file and upgrade to pink current on a given day. Who knows what the date is now? Extensions will most likely be granted to Companies communicating intent with SEC /OTC they are just not advertising as such- hoping CFO’s will scare themselves off the couch.

If one references back to Ihub posts by Janice around the time of CRGP resurrecting from grey to pink. (You might recall the time period, when the words “unsolicited quotes” resonated repeatedly.) By her own admission, Janice claims to have called and talked to the SEC offering her biased narrative on CRGP history. I can only assume her narrative was not well received, as CRGP is still trading OTC. Perhaps, just perhaps, SEC actually has access to real information Janice from jolly old England does not.
Back in 2015 I came across an article where another small OTC company was suing Darby for doing exactly what they did to CRGP- buying notes and unceremoniously dumping them on the market causing a 70% haircut in stock price. Damned if I can find the article now but, it proved to me back then that CRGP did not ask for the clown show.
Like many others, I don’t believe CRGP overcame all 2021 threw at them just to be sent back to the Greys. However, it would be nice if management would learn how to use twitter like SSM monopoly has. At this juncture, all they would have to say is BOO and the price will soar on confidence.
Once again it always about patience.
I too grew tired of ihub allowing career bashers to take over message boards, back in 2015 before Janice became CRGP mod, someone had pinned one of my posts, it was pro CRGP management c/w links to articles about the SEC halt and dividend- completely on topic. It was removed when Janice arrived. (Not a huge loss as I didn’t have some connections correct)
One would like to believe message boards do not matter, but they very much do down here in penny land. My mini protest was to cancel my paid subscription. Not a huge monetary loss for ihub but, made me happy to no longer support such a manipulated website.
I would encourage many to do the same if you are so inclined, maybe Ihub would listen if they were losing a significant amount of $$$.
